“Booked my end of tenancy deep clean with Blanco and they did an amazing job. I've posted a few before and after pics. Honestly, I was so impressed with the clean. And there were no issues with the check-out inspection. The building manager said they almost always find one or two things that were missed but even she was surprised by the quality. They cleaned underneath and inside all appliances and all light fixtures, etc. Booking with them was easy and straight forward. You get a confirmation email with all the details. Two cleaners arrived on time and had all the cleaning supplies with them. Super friendly, polite and professional. I just showed them where the garbage room was and left the keys. I wasn't able to make it back when they finished, but their supervisor arranged to meet me later to handover the keys, which was very convenient. It only took them about 2 hours to clean the one-bed apartment. I was surprised by how quick they were! I would 100% recommend Blanco cleaning for any type of clean you need. I'll use them again!”

What's included in a move-in or move-out clean?
Typically kitchens and bathrooms in detail, floors, dusting, baseboards, interior windows and sills, and cabinets and closets wiped down. We'll align with your landlord or realtor checklist if you have one.
Should the home be empty or furnished?
We do both. Empty places are faster; furnished moves take longer because of furniture and contents. Tell us which situation you're in when you request a quote.
When should I book the clean?
For move-out, book after you've removed most belongings but before the final walk-through. For move-in, the day before or morning of keys is common—we'll work around your closing date.
Do you work with property managers and landlords?
